Aplikasi Sistem Tanggung Renteng adalah sebuah judul buku yang telah di terbitkan oleh Koperasi Wanita Setia Bhakti Wanita Jawa Timur yang di tulis oleh Gatot Supriyanto. Berawal dari seringnya menerima lontaran pertanyaan dan decak kagum tentang keberadaan Kopwan Setia Bhakti Wanita Jawa Timur dengan sistem tanggung renteng, maka segala pengalaman yang ada di dalam Koperasi Wanita Setia Bhakti Wanita Jawa Timur sejak awal berdiri sampai dengan sekarang dalam menerapkan sistem tanggung renteng di rangkai dalam sebuah tulisan agar bisa juga di aplikasikan di tempat lain.
Buku setebal 128 halaman ini menyampaikan bahwa dari sebuah ide sederhana , tanggung renteng akhirnya berkembang menjadi sebuah sistem yang bersifat mengikat para anggota agar lebih displin dan tertib dalam mengikuti aturan-aturan simpan pinjam yang di terapkan. Bisa dikatakan bahwa aplikasi sistem tanggung renteng turut berkaitan dengan upaya membangun mekanisme dalam pendisplinan, sehingga pada akhirnya semua dapat mendukung dan menjaga aset koperasi . Tetapi semua hal tersebut tidak terlepas dari semangat untuk membangun kebersamaan di antara anggota itu sendiri.
Sistem tanggung renteng bertumpu pada kekuatan kelompok anggota. Sistem ini di bangun dengan dasar kesepakatan para anggotanya. Sistem ini juga di gunakan untuk menggabungkan keputusan masing-masing anggota agar tercipta keselaran dalam kekuatan, kondisi, aturan maupun ketentuan bersama. Sistem tanggung renteng dapat di jadikan sebuah contoh bagi perkembangan suatu ide yang sederhana menjadi suatu sistem yang dapat di andalkan.
